We have a thriving community of residential and leisure boaters based on Glasgow’s canal at Speirs Wharf and Applecross Wharf. New moorings have also been added at Firhill Basin and should be available soon.

There are moorings for those who want to enjoy the canal in their space and time and for people who call their vessel home.

Moorings can accommodate boats of max length 18 metres, max width 3.6 metres, max draft 1.6 metres and max airdraft 3 metres. Facilities include refuse bins, sluice, electricity (16amp) and water, with pump out, toilets, showers and laundry at Applecross Wharf.
